Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days after the order is accepted.
What is a working day?
Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in the dispatch email. Tracking availability depends on the delivery service.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after the order has been dispatched.
How long do I have to return an order?
You may request a return or exchange within 14 working days after delivery.
Who pays return postage?
NEUROLINK LABS LTD pays all approved return and exchange costs.
Where should I send a return?
Returns are sent to L220, Beaconside Business Village, Stafford Enterprise Park, Weston Road, Stafford, United Kingdom, ST18 0BF, but you must contact us first for instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue the approved refund within 3 working days after the returned goods are received and checked. Your bank may need additional time to display it.
What if the product is faulty or incorrect?
Email support@neurolinklabs.com with the order number, a description and photographs where appropriate. We will provide a lawful remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, subject to stock availability and the 14-working-day return period.
Do you have telephone support?
No. Customer support is currently provided by email.
When is customer support available?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UK time. Messages received outside these hours are handled on the next working day.
Who operates the store?
The store is owned and operated by NEUROLINK LABS LTD, company number 16685144. It is not a separate legal entity.
Do you use a mediator?
We do not currently subscribe to a voluntary mediation or ADR scheme. Please contact customer support first. Your statutory rights are not affected.
