Shipping policy

We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. All products qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery area

Orders are accepted only for delivery within the United Kingdom. A complete and accurate UK delivery address must be provided at checkout. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for every order. No minimum order value is required. If an optional premium service is ever offered, its price and terms will be shown before payment and will not be selected without the customer's agreement.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days after the order is accepted. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The estimate may be affected by address errors, carrier disruption, severe weather or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and continue to respect the customer's legal rights.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders and support requests are processed during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UK time. Orders or messages received outside these hours are handled on the next working day.

When an order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email and tracking information where the delivery service provides it.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if a delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an amendment after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact the customer to agree redelivery or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Missing or delayed parcels

Check the tracking link and any safe-place or delivery notice first. If the parcel has not arrived within the stated estimate, contact us with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.
