Products

The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Customers should review the description, dimensions, compatibility information and included items before ordering. Images are illustrative but we take reasonable care to present products accurately.

Ordering process

1. The customer selects the product and reviews the basket.

2. The customer supplies delivery and payment details and reviews the total price.

3. The customer submits the order using the checkout button, creating an offer to buy.

4. We send an automated acknowledgement. This confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance.

5. A binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious error, suspected fraud, inability to deliver to the supplied address or a legal restriction. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the total amount payable before the order is submitted. Standard UK shipping is free. Payment methods and any applicable payment authentication are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is available only within the United Kingdom. The expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order acceptance. Further information appears in the Shipping Policy. If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed period, the customer retains all rights available under UK consumer law.

Ownership and risk

Ownership transfers when full payment has been received. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person identified by the customer, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by us.

Cancellation and returns

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 working days after delivery, subject to the Returns and Refund Policy. NEUROLINK LABS LTD pays all approved return and exchange costs. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights continue to apply independently of this voluntary policy.

Product conformity and statutory rights

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known and as described. If a product does not meet these requirements, the customer may be entitled to a short-term right to reject, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are not limited by a manufacturer warranty or by these Terms.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact customer support first. We will review complaints fairly and aim to provide a clear response during business hours. Messages received outside business hours are handled on the next working day.

We do not currently subscribe to a voluntary alternative dispute resolution or mediation scheme. This does not prevent a customer from obtaining independent advice, using any remedy available under law or bringing a claim before a competent court.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may bring proceedings in a court available under applicable UK law, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections.
